I think this is a really important obviously and kind of Hot Topic limit comes to healthcare for as long as I can. Remember. It's been a discussion in many of my Social Circles in regards to I guess the worth of the work that Physicians versus nurses do and the compensation for the work that they do whether it's Justified. When you think about the role that Physicians and nurses play in our Healthcare System both are integral to the system working and I think that that factor is often lost upon people that discuss the wage and Equity. I've talked a lot to people in my life about the role that nurses play versus Physicians. In the healthcare system, and I think that it's often thought that nurses do less important work than Physicians and as a result get paid less. My personal opinion is that the type of work done is different and the compensation is more. So a reflection of the amount of time that was put into the put into Two nurses or Physicians Physicians respective education and the experience that was gained as a result of about education. I think that the education pathway that nurses take is less expensive and less time less lengthy than that of a physician's and as a result there is a wage Gap, however, I think like I said earlier that the work the difference in work that is done is sometimes Miss communicated or misinterpreted by General society and that's often why? These opinions are formed.
