so I've actually never come across this issue before in my studies I don't know too much about it so I'm not sure exactly what concerns were present in the real time and in the current life however I do know that for collaborations like these in for federal laws like these to be able to be executed properly and for the people involved to have the proper resources all of these
governments the federal provincial and Municipal governments have to work together and have to have a unified decision to show their citizens in the people that they serve so the first thing that I would look at in this and if there is a concern it would be did all three parties of government or levels of government work together in this and have a collaborative effort in that all provincial and municipal
bodies are in line with the federal government and what they are suggesting to pass in this law for the Cannabis act now if they are all in line with each other then that's great if they're not then I would be concerned with that and that some municipalities or some provincial levels may not be in agreement with this and therefore may not be able to enact properly what the federal government was intending to help with its citizens
now if they are all in unison then my next question would be do the municipal and provincial governments have the resources needed in order to implement implement this federally government idea so what I mean by that is are they able to actually go on have businesses and support them properly in order to give the products which in this case is cannabis to the
The citizens and are they able to support all of that? Do they have enough funding do they have enough structure? Do they have the proper federal law regulations in place and accessible to all of the business or owners that will be affected by this bill. So if that's not in place, then now the business owners will be compromised and therefore their business and the citizens. They serve will no longer.
Sure be able to access this product that is the needs to be accessed in accordance to the federal law. So having that sufficient.
and support in place is I believe very important in this case and if that's not present then that is also another concern because like I said these business owners and all of the other parties Downstream that are involves will be negatively affected because it's not aligned and it's not properly supported at that top level of government now after that a little thing that I
Touched upon is Will these Federal and Municipal actions. Will they all be unified? Well, they all have the same federal laws. And if not, then that poses a problem too. Because then now other citizens from different parts of the country and geographic location will now be able to access different kinds or different amounts or different prices just simply because they live in a different place with a different
rent regulation. So I think that if the provincial and Municipal bodies of government are going to be the one implementing this they need to have a unified level of Law and regulation to give to the business owners. And additionally I want them to be able to have these resources and support that I mentioned before available readily available for the customers.
And the business owners that will be involved in all of this and I think that's very important when working with any kind of solution to a problem or implementing any regulation is that they must be unified and they must be well supported in order to properly and effectively implement this law.
